The blueberries I have in my fridge right now might be the last of the season. At the very best, there’s one more week. I’d like to do something appropriately wonderful with them, but it’s hard to decide. My ideas include making blueberries into:
- pancakes
- muffins
- soup
- salad, with goat cheese and walnuts
- pudding, like with the blackberries
- cobbler or crisp
- eating them straight
