		<description>we made sweet potato gnocchi like this once, with CSA sweet potatoes, and it was very, very good-- but so labor intensive that it *almost* wasn&#039;t worth it. or it wouldn&#039;t have been if we hadn&#039;t had friends over to eat it and tell us we were geniuses.</description>
