		<description>I never realized there actually was a term for that white stuff on chocolate. I guess I never thought about it, but being the major chocolate fan that I am I&#039;m happy to have learned it. And if you&#039;re ever interested in finding out how well the peppermint bark travels to warmer climes, I have a suggestion.</description>
